This deep base acts as a stand-off mount giving you extra space to hide your connections in. As the camera is further away from the mounted surface this also enables you to have a greater viewing angle if looking alongside the wall.
*Please note, due to variations in camera housing the colour of the base may not be identical to the camera itself.
